SERVICES服務特色
The Ashiya Women’s Clinic offers general and highly specialized
gynecologic care to patients with diverse needs at every age.
Our doctors are multilingual and able to provide individualized
care in Japanese, English, Taiwanese, and Mandarin. We can also
perform gynecological surgeries upon patient’s request at an
affiliated hospital where the attending physician holds
privileges. The post operation outpatient care will be provided
at our clinic.
If you live abroad or have difficulty coming to our clinic,
please use our online consultation service.
Please note that we do not offer regular prenatal care or
abortions.
芦屋婦女診所為每個不同年齡層，不同需求的患者提供高度且非常專業的婦科醫療服務。本院醫師們除了日語，尚精通英語，台語，華語。
在本院執行各種婦科專業疑難雜症門診治療之外，必要時更可在設備完整，提供高級服務的協力醫院，由本診所醫師定期或不定期親赴執行各種婦科手術或其他治療。
註：本院不提供產前檢查及人工流產等服務

Koubu Sen, MD錢 鴻武
Dr. Koubu Sen is a practicing board-certified
obstetrician-gynecologist in Japan.
He has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery,
particularly laparoscopy. He is board certified in laparoscopic
surgery, hysteroscopic surgery, and female pelvic floor
medicine, and has been recognized by his peers with election
into Best Doctors every year since 2016.
Dr. Sen graduated from Kyushu University School of Medicine and
earned his medical license in 2003. After completing OB/GYN
training at St. Luke's International Hospital in Tokyo, to
enhance his expertise, he continued his training in female
pelvic medicine at the Female Pelvic Floor Surgery Center at
Kitano Hospital in Osaka, and in laparoscopic surgery at Osaka
Central Hospital. He was granted board certification of
laparoscopic surgery in 2012.
Since then, he has performed over 2,000 cases of laparoscopic
surgery at Ashiya Municipal Hospital as chief surgeon, and is
one of the most experienced surgeons in the Kansai area. He is
fluent in Japanese, Taiwanese, and Mandarin, and can also
provide medical service in English.
錢鴻武醫師：2003年畢業於日本國立九州大學醫學部，同年取得日本師師執照。
歷經東京聖路加國際醫院婦產科，大阪北野醫院女性盆底手術中心，大阪中央醫院腹腔鏡等嚴格的專科培訓。其間，除了婦產專科醫師執照之外，陸續獲得腹腔鏡手術，子宮鏡手術，女性盆底醫學等認證。2016年起至今更榮幸獲得醫界同僚的肯定，推薦為具高度專業肯定的Best
Doctor。
錢醫師專於腹腔鏡等微創手術，任職於市立芦屋醫院期間主刀過2000多例腹腔鏡手術，是關西地區經驗最豐富的外科醫師之一。日語之外精通華語，台語，英語。
Keiiku Sen, MD錢 瓊毓
Dr. Keiiku Sen is a practicing board-certified
obstetrician-gynecologist in Japan.
She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a
Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Asian Studies. She finished a
Master of Healthcare Management degree at Kyushu University, and
earned a medical degree from Toyama University.
She completed residency training at Toyama University Hospital,
and completed OB/GYN training at Tokyo Metropolitan Hiroo
Hospital.
She was a member of Dr. Hideki Sakamoto’s practice and served
the international community in and around Tokyo. She is fluent
in Japanese, English, Taiwanese, and Mandarin.
錢瓊毓醫師：國立富山大學醫學士、日本婦產科專科醫師。
美國德州大學奧斯丁分校亞洲研究文學科學士，九州大學醫療管理碩士。
日本國立富山大學醫學部畢業，歷任富山大學病院住院醫師，東京都立廣尾病院婦產科專任醫師。因精通日語、英語，台語，華語，長期和坂元秀樹醫師協力經營愛育診所國際部，為廣大居住日本的外國婦女朋友服務。

INSURANCE保険
We accept all types of insurance, including Japanese national
health insurance (Kokumin-hoken and Shakai-hoken) and private
overseas insurance. For patients with private insurance, an
itemized receipt of medical care you’ve received will be provided
for your insurance claim submission. It is your own responsibility
to claim reimbursement with your insurance company. If a specific
claim form is required, we are happy to complete it for you with
an additional charge.
Please also be aware that national health insurance cannot be used
with treatments unrelated to illness
(health examinations, preventative immunization, etc.).
本院適用各類型的保險，包括日本國民健康保險和海外私人醫療保險。
私人醫療保險，我們會出具一張收據明細，請持此自行向保險公司申請理賠。如果需要特定的核銷表格，我們樂意為您填寫，但需額外收費。
請注意，日本國民健康保險不適用於與疾病無關的治療（譬如健康檢查，疫苗接種等）。
CHARGES AND
PAYMENTS費用
In addition to the usual doctor’s fee, a language service fee of
¥4400 will be charged to those who seek service in
English/Taiwanese/Mandarin.
Payment is appreciated at the time of service. We accept payment
via cash or major credit cards.
除了一般醫療費用之外，如果須以華語，台語，英語從事診療者，另酌收4400日元口譯費，現金、信用卡均可。
