In Japan, you must visit a medical facility to obtain birth control pills. They are not available over the counter at pharmacies. Fortunately, almost all OB-GYN clinics can prescribe them. However, if you prefer a consultation in a language other than Japanese, your options may be limited depending on your location.

To help with this, Ashiya Women’s Clinic offers an online consultation in English and Chinese and delivery service for birth control pills. You can have your pills delivered directly to your home!

First-Time Consultation

• Birth control pill guidance fee: ¥2,200
• Online consultation system fee: ¥1,100
• Language support fee: ¥2,200 (discounted from ¥4,400 for pill prescriptions)
• Birth control pill (1 pack of Marveron): ¥2,500
• Shipping fee: ¥550

From the Second Time Onward

• Consultation fee: ¥0
• Online consultation system fee: ¥1,100
• Language support fee: ¥0 (if the consultation remains simple)
• Birth control pill (1 pack of Marveron): ¥2,500
• Shipping fee: ¥550

🔹 A consultation with a doctor is required each time you receive a prescription.
🔹 Up to 12 months’ supply (12 packs) can be prescribed at once.

How It Works

1️⃣ Book an online consultation via our website or LINE. You will need to register your address and credit card details.
2️⃣ Log in at your appointment time and consult with a doctor online.
3️⃣ Receive your pills at home via Japan Post. The package will be delivered to your mailbox (no specific delivery time available).
